- Close sales by executing flawless enrollments, ensuring upgrades and unlimited plans are activated with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Showcase AT&T’s 2026 innovations as sales drivers, emphasizing cybersecurity and emergency connectivity as household essentials.
- Provide clear, side‑by‑side trade‑in assessments, converting transparency into stronger sales outcomes and repeat business.
- Explain AT&T’s 5G+ performance in relatable terms, emphasizing smoother streaming, faster gaming, and reliable family communication.
- Collaborate with team leads and fellow Entry Level AT&T Associates to refine sales tactics, outperform competitors, and strengthen AT&T’s local market share.
Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Associate
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles, consistently exceeding performance goals while maintaining a polished, energetic presence.
