Akicita Federal, LLC, a leading provider in federal contracting services, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Government Contracts Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our mission of effectively staffing federal projects by managing the recruitment process from contract identification to candidate credentialing.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Analysis: Navigate company provided software to identify potential contracts and understand staffing needs.
- Job Description Development: Convert contract requirements into detailed job descriptions.
- Recruitment Strategy Execution: Post vacancies on job boards such as Indeed and Lever, and utilize additional recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring efficient progress from job posting to candidate selection.
- Credentialing Oversight: Communicate with Credentialing to pass the on-boarding candidates along to Credentialing Specialist.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to government contract requirements and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong preference for experience in federal contracting.
- Familiarity with job boards (Indeed, Lever) and knowledge of SAM.gov.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
