Position: Outpatient Therapist (LPC / LCSW / LMFT) - California license required

Compensation: $85,000/year

Location: Fully Remote – PST (U.S. Only)

We’re currently hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients age 5+ through one of our trusted California-based partners.

What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.

Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 5+) with moderate/high acuity.

Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

More About the Role

Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient Tribal Health Program & FQHC located in California

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk in PST

Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 30 minutes for follow-up appointments

Administrative time: 60 minutes per day

Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day

Qualifications:

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Active California LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license strongly required

Availability (40 hours per week) during PST

Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

Telehealth experience preferred (experience using eClinicalWorks a plus!)

Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
