Position Overview:
As a High-Volume Bartender, you’ll be the heartbeat of our bar, serving guests in a bustling, upscale setting. You’ll craft expertly made cocktails, pour premium wines, and serve a variety of local and international beers, all while maintaining top-notch customer service and attention to detail. We’re seeking someone who thrives under pressure, can handle a fast-paced environment with grace, and has a passion for mixology and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wine, and beer with precision and speed

Provide exceptional service with a warm, engaging personality

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including preparation, restocking, and end-of-shift cleanup

Handle multiple orders simultaneously in a high-volume setting

Assist in creating seasonal or specialty cocktails as needed

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations accurately
Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years experience as a bartender in an upscale environment

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and wine pairing

Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
