Lesley Evers is a premium women’s apparel brand based in Emeryville, CA. We are known for colorful original prints, joyful dresses, occasion dressing, and strong customer love.
We sell through ecommerce, retail stores, wholesale, and in person events. We are now growing our trunk show and field sales program and are looking for a strong sales oriented leader to help build this channel.
About the Role
We are hiring a Trunk Shows and Field Revenue Lead to book, run, and grow trunk shows across key customer markets.
This is a sales and revenue role, not just an event planning role. The right person is polished, organized, warm, and comfortable selling women’s apparel in person. This person should be able to build relationships with hosts, customers, boutiques, clubs, charities, and local communities, then turn those relationships into profitable trunk show revenue.
This role is hybrid based in Emeryville, CA. The person will work from our office regularly and travel for trunk shows and events as needed.
What You Will Do
- Book trunk shows, pop ups, private shopping events, and local sales events
- Find strong hosts, clubs, charities, communities, boutiques, stylists, and local partners
- Build a calendar of high quality trunk shows in strong customer markets
- Plan and run trunk shows from start to finish
- Sell Lesley Evers clothing and accessories directly to customers at events
- Create a warm, polished, premium customer experience
- Coordinate samples, inventory, packing, shipping, setup, signage, and event details
- Work with the team to select the right product for each event
- Follow up with guests after events to drive additional sales
- Track event results, including sales, attendance, conversion rate, customer names, host performance, and commissionable revenue
- Build repeat relationships with strong hosts and customers
- Work with marketing, ecommerce, wholesale, and operations to support event success
- Help turn trunk shows into a repeatable, profitable growth channel
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in women’s apparel, premium retail, trunk shows, personal styling, boutique sales, event sales, field sales, or customer facing sales
- Strong in person selling ability
- Comfortable with sales goals, revenue targets, and commission based performance
- Polished and personable communication style
- Strong taste and good brand judgment
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable managing event logistics and customer follow up
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and AI tools
- Willing to travel and work some weekends
Nice to Have
- Experience selling women’s apparel, dresses, occasion wear, accessories, or premium lifestyle products
- Existing relationships with hosts, boutiques, stylists, clubs, charities, or community groups
- Experience running trunk shows, pop ups, private shopping events, or clienteling programs
- Experience working with high value customers

Travel Requirements
This role requires travel for trunk shows and events. Some events may take place on weekends or evenings.
Physical Requirements
This role may require standing for long periods during events, helping with event setup, packing product, unpacking samples, and lifting boxes or rolling racks as needed.
Compensation Details
This role includes a base salary plus commission from trunk show sales. Commission will be based on eligible trunk show revenue and will be discussed during the interview process.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
