We're looking for a positive, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in creating an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with scheduling, questions, and appointment updates
- Coordinating schedules and routes for service technicians
- Communicating with customers, technicians, and office staff throughout the day
- Responding to emails and online service requests
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate customer records
- Assisting with follow-up communications and administrative tasks
- Helping ensure every customer receives the level of service that makes us "Just Better"
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Central Virginia area is helpful
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required
Training & Development
We provide hands-on training and support to help you succeed in your role. Prior is helpful, but we value strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1-Hour Lunch Break
- In-Office Position (Not Remote or Hybrid)
- Rotating On-Call Schedule (approximately once per month)
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
