Overview
We're looking for a 2nd Shift Robotic Welder Operator to join our team. Hours are M-Th 3:30p to 2a, with OT as needed. Employees are eligible for a monthly bonus, which is determined by efficiency and production rate. Pay starts at $15/hr + $1/hr Shift Premium.
Duties:
- Operates assigned robot or spot welder,
- Performs part quality inspection using various gages, quality tools, and visual inspection of welds for defects,
- Completes all documentation as required, including but not limited to inspection forms, preventative maintenance forms, productions sheets, job travelers, etc.,
- Adjust welders based on defects identified during any inspection,
- Performs operator required preventative maintenance checks.
Qualifications:
- Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short written correspondence, and memos
- Able to write simple correspondence.
- Understands basic math concepts; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
