Color Burst Landscapes | Nashville/Brentwood Area
Color Burst Landscapes is looking for an experienced irrigation professional who is ready to move into a larger leadership role and take ownership of our irrigation service division.
You may already be an Irrigation Manager-or you may be a Senior Irrigation Technician, Service Lead, Foreman, Supervisor, or experienced irrigation professional who has been helping lead crews, train employees, estimate repairs, and support customers.
You do not need to have previously held the exact title of Irrigation Services Manager. However, you must bring strong hands-on irrigation knowledge, some previous leadership experience, and the ability to confidently assess and estimate irrigation repairs.
This is an opportunity to use your technical expertise while developing your skills in operations, team leadership, customer relationships, and business growth.
Move from being the person others rely on in the field to formally leading and developing an irrigation service team.
This is not a desk-only management position. You will remain involved in troubleshooting, site visits, estimating, and helping technicians solve complex irrigation problems.
You will help manage technicians and office support staff while learning more about scheduling, job costing, team performance, and department profitability.
Meet with customers, assess their irrigation needs, recommend solutions, prepare estimates, and help turn service opportunities into completed work.
You will have the opportunity to improve processes, develop employees, strengthen customer relationships, and help grow the irrigation service division.
