Wire Technician – Fairfiled, CA – $25/hr – 2nd Shift
Location: Fairfiled, CA
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wire Technician to join our team in Fairfield, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in electrical assembly who are looking to grow within a stable and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install wiring, cables, and electrical components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and termination
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair wiring issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wiring, electrical assembly, or related field preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass E-Verify
- Background check required
- Pre-employment drug screening required
