Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial machinery, including hydraulics, mechanical systems, electrical components, and more.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to evaluate equipment performance.
- Conduct repairs on manufacturing equipment, including low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze failure modes and develop effective solutions that minimize downtime.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial mechanics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an industrial mechanic or maintenance technician role within a manufacturing facility environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience in industrial settings.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting procedures for complex machinery.
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments like ammeters a1st nd ohmmeters accurately.
- Experience working with CMMS software for maintenance management is highly desirable.
