```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Train and supervise other staff (as needed), ensuring they provide exceptional service and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Create and update drink menus, taking into consideration customer preferences and current trends.
- Pay dependent on experience plus tips
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for special events or catering functions.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a bar management role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of food service industry practices and trends.
- Proficiency in using Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote new products.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and craft beer is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating inventory.
