We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Schedule Coordinator to join our vibrant dental team. We are a growing dental general dental practice serving patients and are looking for a dependable front office team member to support our Monday through Friday schedule. This full-time role is ideal for someone preferably with 1+ years of experience at dental front desk and a background in Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend, we are also willing to train for this position.
The right candidate will be comfortable answering phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, keeping the schedule full, helping patients complete and update all appropriate forms, and collecting payments. Additional front office duties may be assigned as needed to help keep the office running smoothly.
We are seeking someone who is warm and welcoming with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail. A high school education is preferred, along with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior experience in dental front office responsibilities is preferred, and familiarity with scheduling software is essential.
