Our client is expanding their sales team and is hiring an Assistant Manager Trainee in Tacoma, WA. This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on leadership development, experience in territory-based outreach, and exposure to B2B customer acquisition while supporting day-to-day operations.
This is an in-person, field-based position working across designated business districts in the WA area. You’ll learn the entire sales cycle, shadow leadership, and gradually take on responsibility for small team development and campaign support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage daily with local business owners and decision-makers to introduce client promotions
- Learn and execute B2B outreach, professional communication, and customer engagement techniques
- Assist with territory coverage, customer follow-ups, and tracking client KPIs
- Meet weekly and monthly performance goals
- Support hiring efforts by helping with initial candidate screenings and interviews as you progress
- Help train, mentor, and oversee newer team members
- Participate in campaign meetings, leadership training sessions, and goal-planning
- Contribute to client expansion initiatives throughout SLC

Compensation Package
- Weekly base pay
- Uncapped commission structure begins after paid hourly training
- Weekly bonuses available based on personal and team performance
- Full-time schedule with consistent hours (occasional weekends may apply)

Pay: $47,887.35 - $57,670.79 per year
