E-commerce Operations Assistant
Hormesis Attire is a growing lifestyle clothing and fashion brand looking for a reliable, organized Part-Time E-commerce Operations Assistant to join our team in Stevensville, Montana.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with the CEO and learn how a real online business operates from the ground up. You’ll handle the day-to-day operations that keep our store running while also having opportunities to contribute to creative projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Organize and manage warehouse inventory
- Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders
- Help keep the workspace clean, efficient, and well-organized
- Assist with basic e-commerce tasks (order processing, customer inquiries, etc.)
- Support social media, photography, and design projects when needed (bonus opportunity)
What You’ll Learn:
- How to run and scale a successful e-commerce business
- Inventory management and fulfillment systems
- Day-to-day operations of an online apparel brand
- Exposure to marketing, product development, and business growth strategies
This is a great opportunity for a motivated college student who wants real responsibility and hands-on experience rather than just administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting boxes, moving inventory)
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle brands, or e-commerce is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with social media content, photography, or basic design tools (Canva, etc.)
Details:
- Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week
- Location: Stevensville, Montana (warehouse-based)
