Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and training new team members to ensure excellent service delivery
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, customer service standards, and ensuring smooth flow during busy hours
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist procedures to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales
- Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and food safety standards are met
- Train staff on food handling, customer service protocols, food safety regulations, and proper use of kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food preparation timelines and ensure quality standards are consistently met
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and transaction reconciliation
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, development, and team management
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and inventory control practices in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality management is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
