A&R Employment Group is seeking a Lot Coordinator for a thriving business in Wayland. This person is responsible for helping the dealership run as smoothly as possible and will be responsible for driving a HI-Lo to unload supply trucks, building trailers, hooking up customer trailers, maintaining vehicles, keeping a well-groomed yard and a clean workspace.
Core Responsibilities
- Unload stacked trailers from flatbeds
- Operate HI-LO equipment with precision
- Assemble and prep trailers for customer pickup
- Safely move, stage, and hook up trailers for customers
- Operate tractors, tow vehicles, and other yard equipment
- Provide customer-facing support during trailer hook ups
- Maintain yard flow, inventory accuracy, and general shop functions
- Unload parts from semi-trucks and support inbound logistics
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical background
- Tractor operation experience
- HI-LO certification or proven operating experience
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Dependable, punctual, and able to deliver without constant reminders
- Customer-focused approach while maintaining yard efficiency
Schedule
- Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- High-volume spring/summer seasons generate significant overtime
