Mental Health Therapist – LPC or Resident in Counseling
Rooted Together Counseling | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Rooted Together Counseling is a growing private practice committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and accessible mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team. We welcome applications from both Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Residents in Counseling working toward LPC licensure (Supervision Available).
We are currently accepting applications for both full-time and part-time positions, with flexibility to develop a schedule that fits your professional and personal needs.
What We Offer
Flexible Scheduling
We recognize that clinicians have different needs and responsibilities outside of work. Therapists have the opportunity to develop a flexible schedule based on their availability, desired caseload, and practice needs.
Hybrid Work Opportunities
A portion of the therapist's caseload may be provided through telehealth/work-from-home services, allowing clinicians to balance in-office and remote sessions. The specific combination of in-person and telehealth services will be determined based on client needs, clinician preference, and practice requirements.
Part-Time or Full-Time Options
Whether you are looking to build a full caseload or maintain a smaller caseload alongside other professional or personal commitments, we are open to discussing an arrangement that works for you.
Percentage-Based Compensation
Compensation is based on a percentage of collected session revenue and varies according to licensure level, caseload, and payer mix. This allows clinicians to have the opportunity to increase their earnings as they develop and maintain a healthy caseload.
Supportive Private-Practice Environment
Rooted Together Counseling strives to create an environment where clinicians can focus on providing quality clinical care without feeling like they are simply a number in a large agency. We value collaboration, professional growth, autonomy, and work-life balance.
