The Role
We're hiring a Client Representative for full-time remote phone work with families. You connect with people who requested policy information, review their options, and help them enroll, running your day largely on your own from home.
This role suits someone self-directed who does not need constant oversight. You stay organized, follow through, and keep each household moving forward. It is not right if you prefer close supervision at every step. We provide training, tools, and a team within reach, and your compensation is based on the results you deliver independently.
What the Work Looks Like
- Handle warm client calls quite independently throughout your whole day.
- Review the options and answer questions without needing constant prompts.
- Guide each household through the enrollment fully on your own.
- Organize your own follow-ups and then keep every promise made.
- Maintain accurate records without any daily manager check-ins being required.
- Structure your own schedule so each family is well served.
What We're Looking For
- Self-directed and confident when managing your own full daily workload.
- Organized enough to run a full, independent daily working schedule.
- At ease on the phone for long, extended daily periods.
- Careful with your follow-ups and accurate, tidy daily record keeping.
- Reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated personal workspace.
- Motivated to perform well without any close supervision.
