Job Requirements
Our Web & Mobile Applications team supports the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Epic’s MyChart, Care Everywhere, Haiku/Canto, and EpicCare Link applications. We are seeking an Application Analyst II who is committed to delivering an excellent patient experience and improving workflows across the health system.
Applicants should have build experience in at least one of these Epic applications.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Maintenance

Assist with the design, build, and maintenance of MyChart, Care Everywhere, Haiku/Canto, and EpicCare Link.

Configure core features such as appointment scheduling, patient messaging, billing tools, proxy access, and referral workflows.

Perform routine system maintenance and support upgrade activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with senior analysts, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional build.

Support communication between technical teams and end‑users to ensure alignment and clarity.
Project Support

Contribute to project tasks related to quarterly upgrades, new feature implementations, and third‑party integrations.

Assist with documentation, testing, and timeline tracking.
Training & End‑User Support

Provide support to end‑users and help resolve escalated Help Desk tickets.

Participate in developing training materials and processes to reduce recurring issues.
Compliance & Security

Ensure system configuration follows HIPAA and organizational security standards.

Monitor system performance and report potential issues to senior team members.
Applicants should have build experience in at least one of these Epic applications - MyChart, EpicCare Link and/or Care Everywhere.
Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or an equivalent level of professional experience required. Additional Certifications may be required.
- Three years progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year performing programming or applications analysis or equivalent, such as business analysis, is required. Experience as a provider, clinician or ancillary services in the implementation of a system as a subject matter expert or super user may be substituted.
