Benefits Advisor / Account Representative (Management Track)

In this role, you'll work directly with business owners, human resource professionals, and employees to provide education and guidance on life and supplemental health benefits. You'll build long-term client relationships while developing the leadership skills needed for future management opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and strengthen relationships with business owners and HR professionals.
- Meet with employees to educate them on life and supplemental health benefit options.
- Build new business through networking, referrals, warm outreach, and community engagement.
- Manage and grow an established book of business by providing outstanding customer service.
- Understand client needs and recommend customized benefit solutions.
- Partner with employers to enhance employee benefits while helping maximize potential tax advantages for their business.
- Maintain client relationships through regular follow-up and account management.
- Utilize CRM technology to organize client interactions and manage your sales pipeline.
- Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and professional development training.
- Mentor and support new team members as leadership opportunities become available.
