Front of House Team Member
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred.
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for retail calculations and cash handling.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive Must be 18 years of age.
