What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling fiber internet door to door in residential neighborhoods
- Working with a tight, focused team in high opportunity markets
- Traveling on optional blitz trips to different cities and regions
- Training daily and improving through direct coaching and feedback
- Tracking performance, refining execution, and competing against your own standards
No prior sales experience required. We train people who are willing to listen, apply feedback, and stay consistent.
Income Potential
- $5,000–$25,000 per month is achievable for new reps who stay consistent and coachable
- Top performers earn significantly more
- Commission based pay with no cap
- Residual income opportunities available through the summer
- Leadership roles for reps who prove reliability and discipline
