iStaffing is currently hiring an experienced Screen Printing Machine Operator to join a growing production team in Orange County. We are looking for candidates with experience operating automatic or manual screen printing machines, preferably M&R Automatic Screen Printing Machines.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate automatic and manual screen printing machines.
- Mount screens in the proper sequence on the machine.
- Load printing paste into screens or automatic feed pans.
- Set machine speed and adjust squeegee pressure according to production requirements.
- Start and monitor printing equipment and conveyor systems.
- Inspect printed products for quality and color registration.
- Adjust screen alignment to ensure accurate print placement.
- Clean screens and remove debris to maintain print quality.
- Repair minor screen leaks by taping coated areas as needed.
- Follow production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating automatic or manual screen printing machines.
- Experience with M&R Automatic Screen Printing Machines is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled production environment.
- Stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time).
- Lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
- Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements.
- Ability to bend and stoop as needed throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
