Job Details
- Hiring for multiple locations throughout Virginia
- Hybrid position with scheduled in-person office days
- Choose a caseload of 20, 24, or 27 clinical hours per week
- Ability to accommodate before- and/or after-school appointments for children and families
- Flexible virtual appointments with clients based on client needs and clinical appropriateness
- Ability to provide therapy to children ages 5 and older as part of your caseload
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice psychotherapy in Virginia:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Resident in Counseling
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Supervisee in Social Work
- LPC or LCSW preferred
Skills and abilities
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clinical leadership, and support staff
- Work independently while utilizing consultation and peer support when appropriate
- Demonstrate professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to helping clients achieve meaningful progress
