Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented HP Digital Press Operator to join our team on the Swing and Graveyard shifts. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our production floor moving smoothly by operating HP digital presses, maintaining stock, and ensuring jobs are printed accurately. Key Responsibilities
- Press Operation: Operate a HP Indigo 30k/35k digital press.
- Inventory Management: Continuously stock and stage materials to keep the machinery running without interruption.
- File Verification: Carefully review print files and job tickets; collaborate with front-office personnel to resolve any discrepancies before production begins.
- Teamwork & Safety: Work constructively within a tight-knit team environment to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification: HP Indigo 30k/35k Level 1 Certification is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: Excellent, rock-solid attendance and punctuality are a must.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent shift arrival.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
