Loyalhanna Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced CNA or a new graduate, this is your opportunity to grow in a supportive, team-focused environment.
As a CNA, you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
You play a critical role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care every day.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Take and record vital signs
Answer call lights and respond to resident needs promptly
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Document care and resident interactions accurately
Assist nursing staff with treatments as directed
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Ensure proper use of PPE and equipment
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Promote dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions
Participate in training and ongoing education
Current, active CNA certification (PA)
Graduate of an approved CNA program
New graduates welcome!
