Cici Skincare is looking for a Client Experience & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is more than a traditional front desk position. It's an opportunity to learn the business from the inside, work alongside experienced skincare professionals, and play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Whether you're an aspiring esthetician, a recent esthetics graduate, or someone who enjoys luxury client service and administration, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression.
- Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and check clients in and out.
- Recommend skincare products and services when appropriate.
- Prepare treatment rooms between appointments.
- Keep the front office organized and running smoothly.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and administrative tasks.
- Run occasional local errands.
- Support the owner and team with day-to-day projects as business needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, polished, and dependable.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
- Confident communicating with clients in a luxury environment.
- Comfortable discussing skincare products and services.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, medical aesthetics, or administrative support is a plus.
