Northern Human Services is seeking out a Homecare Provider for clients with IDD. We are looking for a resident in the Colebrook or Berlin areas that could provide supportive and structured environment in YOUR own home.
Duties and Responsibilities
- As a provider you would have an adult live with you in your home and provide supports to help enhance quality of life.
- You will receive a tax-free monthly Difficulty of Care payment for your services based on the needs of the individual.
- Providers receive a respite allotment to allow for time off for the provider.
- NHS will train providers as well as provide an additional stipend for additional training hours.
- NHS will set up your home to be NH Certified.
- The individual's team is available to you to support, train, and assist you in success.
- Providers must own or rent their own home and have the ability to support the person out in the community for at least 10 hours per week.
- Funds may be available for home modifications to allow for accessibility if necessary.
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Commitment to enhancing the life of another in all aspects of their life.
- Valid Driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Must pass Criminal, DMV, and BEAS background checks.
- Home/Renters insurance.
- Completion of trainings.
