Tech Savvy Inc. designs and installs high-end smart home systems for some of the most beautiful homes in Marin, San Francisco, Sonoma, and Napa — whole-home automation, audio/video, lighting, shades, networking, and security. We've grown on reputation and referrals. We're hiring our first dedicated Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Bay Area.
This is a pure sales role — no installs, no service calls. You'll bring in high-value whole-home projects by building relationships with affluent homeowners, luxury real estate agents, designers, architects, and builders, and by closing the leads our marketing generates.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle for residential (and select commercial) integration projects
- Build a referral network of agents, designers, architects, and builders across the North Bay
- Convert inbound leads and run consultative, in-home discovery with sophisticated clients
- Represent Tech Savvy at industry events and showcase homes
Big pluses: construction-industry experience; existing North Bay referral relationships; familiarity with Savant, Sonos, Lutron.
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base + commission ; on-target earnings $135,000–$165,000+. Very competitive benefits, including a significant retirement package.
