Lil Voices is a Cognia Accredited Educational Provider that helps children develop confidence, communication, leadership, and presentation skills through fun, engaging public speaking classes.
We partner with preschools, elementary schools, middle schools, charter schools, and public locations to provide interactive programs for children from Preschool through 8th Grade. Every lesson is designed to be energetic, creative, and child-centered, making learning both meaningful and fun.

Position Summary
As a Public Speaking Coach, you'll lead fun, interactive classes that help children become confident communicators through games, activities, storytelling, presentations, and creative speaking exercises.
No lesson planning is required—we provide the curriculum, training, and materials so you can focus on creating an engaging classroom experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging public speaking classes for children
- Create a positive, encouraging classroom environment
- Follow the Lil Voices curriculum and lesson plans
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
- Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
- Represent Lil Voices with enthusiasm and professionalism
Ideal Candidates
- Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children
- Energetic, enthusiastic, confident communicator, and comfortable leading groups
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Available at least 2–4 weekday afternoons
- Passionate about helping children build confidence
Qualifications
- Willing to travel between school and public locations
- Bachelor's degree required (or currently a senior in college)
- Authorized to work in the United States
Schedule
Flexible part-time hours, Monday through Friday.
Morning preschool classes and afternoon elementary and middle school classes are available. Applicants MUST be available for at least a few weekday afternoons.
Service Area
This position may teach classes throughout the greater Austin area, including:
- Austin
- Round Rock
- Cedar Park
- Leander
- Georgetown
- Pflugerville
Classes are held at partner preschools, public and private schools, charter schools, community locations, and within districts including:
- Round Rock ISD
- Eanes ISD
- Lake Travis ISD
- Dripping Springs ISD
- Austin ISD
Additional teaching opportunities may become available as Lil Voices continues to grow.

1) We generally hold sessions at childcare centers and elementary schools on Monday-Friday either from 9am-11:30ish and/or 3pm-4:30ish, as well as any public locations in the evenings from 5pm-6:30pm. Please share your weekly availability for the job (days and times you can coach), if given the position. Please note we can give roughly 5-10 hours per week, but you must be willing to work in the afternoons as well.
2) We serve the following areas: Austin, Round Rock, Leander, Georgetown, Pflugerville and surrounding areas, along with Round Rock ISD, Eanes ISD, Lake Travis ISD and Dripping Springs ISD. Which cities/areas are you available to coach in?
3) Roughly how many hours per week are you looking to work? You can choose as little as three hours per week. This position will begin with giving 5-10 hours per week.
