America's Hospitality Group (AHG) is hiring a Concierge / Front Desk Associate for The Vivian, an upscale apartment community in Charlotte.
We're looking for dependable, professional people who enjoy working with residents, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment.
Immediate openings available.
Available Shifts
Overnight
- Monday – Friday
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend Evenings
- Saturday & Sunday
- 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, guests, and vendors
- Manage the front desk and lobby
- Receive packages and deliveries
- Monitor building access
- Assist residents with questions and requests
- Communicate with property management
- Maintain a clean, professional lobby environment
Qualifications
Experience in any of the following is preferred:
- Concierge
- Front Desk
- Hotel
- Hospitality
- Apartment Leasing
- Property Management
- Guest Services
- Customer Service
- Security
We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable transportation required.
