Job Overview
CDL B driver needed to operate, Curtain side truck, F-250-both automatic, Hauling Pipe, valves and fittings. Water heaters, and plumbing fixtures. HVAC equipment, Furthest deliveries are 100 miles away. 90% driving and 10% warehouse which will include:
including shipping, receiving, loading trucks. Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with unloading, ensuring delivery of ticket with material, and collecting payment, if necessary. Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests as necessary

5:30 am - 2:00 p.m.
- Safely operate a CDL B box truck on local, regional, or over-the-road routes, ensuring compliance with all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) standards.
- Load and unload freight manually or with equipment, handling logistics cargo with care to prevent damage.
- Use GPS navigation systems to follow optimized delivery routes and ensure timely arrivals.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
- Deliver freight accurately to designated locations, including refrigerated trailers or hazardous materials when qualified.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including manifests, bills of lading, and logs in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues.
- Ensure proper handling of dangerous goods or hazardous materials in compliance with hazardous materials regulations.
- Assist in truck loading and unloading processes, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement of cargo.
- Follow all safety protocols during manual handling, truck loading/unloading, and driving operations.
Requirements
- Valid CDL B license with clean driving record; experience operating tractor-trailers or box trucks preferred.
- Knowledge of refrigerated trailer operation, flatbed, tanker, or automobile transportation is a plus.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and route planning for efficient deliveries.
- Understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT standards, and hazardous materials regulations.
- Experience in commercial truck driving, delivery driving, or freight transportation roles.
- Ability to manually handle cargo safely and efficiently during loading/unloading procedures.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
