Pay Range:
$69,800.00 - $114,800.00
Target Salary Range: $ 10 0,000 – 140,000
Placement within the salary range will vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Workday Analyst to lead complex Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives and deliver high-impact solutions that enhance HR operations. The senior analyst will provide strategic guidance, oversee configurations, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and mentor juni or team members . This role requires deep functional expertise , leadership skills, and a strong understanding of HR processes and Workday capabilities.
This position reports into our Senior Manager, HR Operations & HRIS and is available as a fully remote or hybrid (Minneapolis) opportunity.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
