Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based, Direct Hire
About the Role:
We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for direct-hire positions with school districts across Pinal County, AZ. These are not agency temporary roles — candidates are hired directly by the district and follow the district’s employment structure, including schedule, benefits, and onboarding.
We work with multiple districts to help match candidates to available opportunities. Immediate and upcoming school year starts are available.

Role Overview:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Support students’ communication, academic, and social-emotional needs
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State License: Active speech pathology license issued by AZDHS
- Department of Education Certificate: Valid PreK-12 SLP professional non-teaching certificate from the ADE.
- Fingerprint Card: Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
