Position Summary
Wellness center is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented General Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, client experience, and strategic execution. This individual will serve as the operational leader of the wellness center, ensuring systems run smoothly while supporting business growth, profitability, and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities/Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day wellness center operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems and procedures.
- Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
- Manage staff schedules and coverage.
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Ensure accountability to company standards and policies.
Client Experience
- Maintain a high-quality client experience from first contact through ongoing services.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor client feedback and recommend improvements.
- Ensure consistent communication and customer service standards.
Business Development & Growth
- Assist with implementation of strategic plans and business initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, and retention.
- Support partnerships, events, workshops, and community outreach efforts.
- Assist with marketing execution and promotional campaigns.
Financial Oversight
- Monitor budgets and operational expenses.
- Review financial reports and business metrics.
- Coordinate with bookkeeping and accounting professionals.
- Track memberships, packages, and revenue goals.
- Help maintain profitability and financial sustainability.
Administrative Management
- Oversee scheduling systems and workflows.
- Maintain policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and business requirements.
- Manage software platforms and operational technology.
Required Qualifications/Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of management or operations experience.
- Experience leading teams and managing staff.
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, coaching, or service-based businesses preferred.

- Experience with memberships, recurring revenue models, and client retention programs.
- Project management certification or operations management training.
Success Metrics (First 90 Days)
The General Manager will be expected to:
- Establish clear operational systems and workflows.
- Improve scheduling and staff accountability.
- Implement KPI tracking and reporting.
- Increase operational efficiency.
- Improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Support implementation of Sonder’s strategic growth plan.
- Reduce the owner’s involvement in daily operational tasks.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
