About the Role
As a Field Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a primary technical expert responsible for the installation, diagnostic troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of complex industrial air compression systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring operational uptime for our clients by delivering high-quality technical solutions and fostering long-term customer partnerships.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on rotary screw, reciprocating, and centrifugal air compressor systems.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using precision measurement tools and technical schematics to restore equipment functionality.

Coordinate with internal teams to manage parts procurement and logistics for seamless site installations and commissioning.

Provide expert technical guidance and training to junior team members to elevate overall service standards.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance, offering insights on diagnostic audits, leak detection, and efficiency improvements.

Maintain accurate service documentation and utilize mobile technology to track work progress and inventory.

2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial or commercial mechanical equipment.

Proficiency in interpreting complex wiring schematics, diagrams, and automation control systems.

Strong physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, kneeling, and working in various industrial environments.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.

High school diploma or equivalent certification.

Specific expertise in industrial air compressor maintenance and air treatment systems.

Current EPA certification for refrigerant handling.

Experience with vibration analysis and advanced network-based automation controls.

Military service background is highly valued and encouraged.
