Stevens Industries, Inc., a world-class manufacturer of wood and laminated products, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Teutopolis, Il area. The schedule for this is: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday night through Thursday night (Monday-Friday) with possible overtime on Saturdays if needed.

What you will bring to this role:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility (machine maintenance experience-not facility maintenance)
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting background.
- Able to read electrical schematics and machine blueprints
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair CNC machinery and PLC-controlled production equipment.
- Install, maintain, and modify electrical controls, motors, drives, sensors, VFDs, and related equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical control circuits, relay logic, PLCs, and industrial control systems.
- Repair and rebuild motors, gearboxes, cylinders, pumps, and other mechanical components.
- Assist with installation and startup of new or modified equipment.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and communicate equipment issues to supervisors and production personnel.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
