We are currently hiring a Shahbaz to join our Nursing team and provide comprehensive, person-centered care in a home-like environment that fosters dignity, autonomy, and quality of life for residents.
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
Observe and respond to elders’ needs, promoting independence and decision-making
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all elder care and documentation
Communicate effectively with coworkers and interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs
Participate in Clinical Service Team (CST) meetings to discuss resident progress and needs
Document and report changes in health, behavior, eating habits, skin condition, and psychosocial status
Follow protocols for infection control, fire safety, disaster preparedness, and facility policies
Assist with safe transfers, positioning, and mobility support using appropriate equipment and techniques
Support restorative nursing and rehabilitation programs as outlined in care plans
Measure and document vital signs, weight, and height
Assist with meals, snacks, and fluids based on dietary plans and preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the household, including resident rooms, shared spaces, and kitchen areas
Complete laundry tasks for residents including washing, drying, and folding
Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions or suspected abuse immediately
Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
