Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients and increase brand awareness.
- Lead outbound calling initiatives, including warm calling to generate qualified appointments.
- Utilize sales technology tools such as Salesforce and CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
- Negotiate deal terms effectively to close appointments and advance sales opportunities within a B2B environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals and ensure seamless communication.

Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales with a focus on B2B markets.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud, CRM software, and sales technology adoption for efficient workflow management.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, and deal closing within a fast-paced environment.
