Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and energetic per diem floater teacher to join our early childhood education team to support with lunches and closing. This role is essential for maintaining a high quality learning environment by providing support across various classrooms ranging from infants to preschool. As a floater you will have the unique opportunity to work with different age groups, collaborate with various teachers, and ensure that every child receives the care and attention they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers in implementing daily activities and managing classroom transitions.
- Assist with maintaining a safe, clean and nurturing environment to ensure the health and safety of the students.
- Engage in age appropriate play and creative activities to foster social and cognitive development.
- Have the flexibility to adapt to to various classroom routines as assigned throughout the afternoon.
Skills
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Must be reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable kneeling, sitting on the floor and engaging in play both indoors and outdoors.
- Must clear full background check.
- Must pass health screening.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
