We are seeking four Production Utility Workers to join a manufacturing plant located in Turner Falls, MA. We have two positions open for the 1st shift and two for the 3rd shift.
You will play a key role in assisting machine operators while contributing to daily warehouse and production operations. While prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role.
Core Responsibilities-
Support machine operators in completing production assignments

Prepare finished goods for shipment by boxing and packaging them

Transport and select materials as needed

Execute a variety of general warehouse and production duties

Operate machinery as necessary to fulfill production needs

Contribute to a tidy and hazard-free workspace for all staff

Adhere to all established safety protocols and utilize required personal protective equipment

Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure daily production targets are achieved
Shift Details-
1st shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
-
Every other weekend off
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Reliable and consistent attendance
-
Capacity to complete 12-hour shifts
-
Ability to lift or relocate items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Ability to remain standing for long durations

High level of focus and attention to detail
-
Maintain a safe work environment to protect the entire team in a fast-paced setting

Prior background in warehouse or manufacturing roles is considered an asset
