Summary
As a Manager in Training at Circle K, you will play a vital role in our store operations while developing your leadership skills. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to grow within the company and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Support the training and development of team members to enhance their skills.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by effectively communicating with customers and staff.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for retail management.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience in retail sales or store management is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes is a plus.
