We are eager to hire dynamic and engaging individuals who enjoy working with elementary age children. LEAP Leaders plan and engage in activities for small groups on a daily basis and provide continuous supervision and interaction with students both indoors and outdoors. You will assist the Site Coordinators in executing planned activities as determined by the Site Coordinator. This position includes providing assistance with homework supervision, distribution of snacks and supplies, and taking attendance, while providing a safe and nurturing environment for students.
The hours of LEAP are 1:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. We can offer flexible scheduling options. LEAP is located in all DD2 elementary schools. We do offer summer camps that enable staff to work more hours during those weeks.
Qualifications: 18 years old & HS Graduate, GED, or HS certificate of completion or College Degree. Must pass SLED, Fingerprinting & Central Registry Check.
