Operations Partner
Clark Business Solutions | Supporting Culver's Restaurants
Clark Business Solutions provides accounting, HR, and operational consulting support to Culver's restaurants. We're looking for an experienced Operations Partner who is passionate about developing people, improving restaurant performance, and helping leadership teams succeed.
This role is more than operations oversight. You'll be a trusted partner to Owner-Operators and General Managers, spending time in restaurants, building relationships, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and helping teams achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner with Owner-Operators and leadership teams across multiple locations
· Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and future leaders
· Drive improvements in sales, profitability, productivity, and guest satisfaction
· Identify issues before they become major problems
· Conduct operational, safety, inventory, and compliance assessments
· Support restaurants in preparing for CFS, EcoSure, and operational evaluations
· Assist with recruiting, succession planning, and leadership development
· Support restaurant openings, transitions, and special projects
· Ensure operational and marketing initiatives are executed effectively
· Provide operational support for new restaurant openings and acquisitions.

What We're Looking For
- Restaurant leadership experience required
- Multi-unit leadership experience preferred
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Proven ability to coach and develop leaders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel regularly to restaurant locations
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain required certifications)

Travel Requirements
The ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurant locations, including a mix of day, evening, and weekend visits.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
