CDL-A Truck Driver pay and benefits :
- $ .85 CPM Open flatbed
- $ .80 CPM Conestoga
- All miles paid - loaded and empty
- $35 Extra Stop Pay
- $1000 Sign-on bonus
- $1000 Referral bonus
- Late model Freightliner Cascadia (inverter, fridge, TV-stand, bunk heater/EPU)
- Weekly pay - direct deposit
- 2.5k - 3.5k miles per week
- Dedicated dispatch
- Additional compensation for layover, detention & more
- 1099
Requirements
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 12 months
- No excessive speeding (over 15 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be at least 23 years old
- 2+ years of CDL-A truck driving experience is required
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to commercial driving and cargo securement
- Excellent navigation skills for route planning and adherence to schedules
- 6 mounts Flatbed experience is required
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Manage route driving efficiently by planning optimal delivery schedules and ensuring timely arrivals at each destination
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the road
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, load details, and vehicle inspections in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations
Pay: $0.85 per mile
