We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager/Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of projects from estimating through final completion.
What You'll Do Prepare detailed estimates and competitive proposals Review project plans, specifications, and perform site walkthroughs Manage multiple demolition and abatement projects simultaneously Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials Track project schedules, budgets, and profitability Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure compliance with OSHA, L&I, EPA, and asbestos regulations Resolve project challenges while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of estimating and project management experience Experience in demolition, asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, or related construction fields Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project management Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits
