Job Details:
- $0.50-$0.52 per mile
- NYC stop pay: $47.50 per stop
- Drop/hook pay: $17.50 per drop
- Lift Gate stop pay: $30 per stop
- Live stop pay: $17.25 per stop
- Refused delivery: $15 - $47.50
- Off account work: $160 - $450
- Detention pay: $15/hour after 2 hours
- Trainee pay: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $15 per hour
- Holiday pay: $160 per day
