Detailed Job Description:
Water Restoration:
- Extraction of standing water or water trapped in carpet and pad using truck mount.
- Wet material removal (floors, drywall, plaster, insulation, etc.), bagging all materials and removing to vehicle or dumpster. Often hauling bags up stairs from a basement.
- Use proper PPE, including a mask, during all work.
- Contents adjustment, careful moving of furniture or items without damaging to complete necessary work
- Cleaning demolition debris, sanitizing if cleaning dirty water (sewer backup or flood water)
- Place drying equipment. Fans, dehumidifiers, and air filtration devices. Ability to haul equipment without damaging equipment or customer home.
- Monitor drying progress. Using special meters, monitor the drying progress over the next three days to ensure standards are being met.
- Pull drying equipment. Remove all equipment without damage.
- Complete all necessary documentation throughout the process in specific applications and collect any signatures or forms needed.
- On-call availability on a rotating schedule for nights and weekends.
Fire Restoration
- Inventory and photograph all affected contents to be cleaned.
- Pack salvageable contents safely for transit.
- Use proper PPE, including a mask, during all work.
- Complete pack out of all salvageable boxes and furniture items to our facility. Ability to lift and maneuver furniture and boxes without damage.
- Detail clean affected structure and contents following procedures. Includes hep-vacuuming and detail cleaning of every crack and crevice to remove trapped soot and odors. Use approved cleaning chemicals and deodorizers in a safe and appropriate manor.
- Safely repack all cleaned contents for storage and customer return.
- Complete pack-back with team of all restored furniture and boxes.
- Fulfill all documentation and inventory requirements in applications.

Requirements
Full time availability, Monday-Friday, with availability for overtime as needed and a rotating on-call schedule.
- Availability and experience with on-call or overtime positions
- Construction or relevant hands-on trade or response experience preferred
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Full time availability
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to perform all aspects of job while wearing PPE, including a mask.
- Ability to receive and transmit reliable cellular communications after hours when on call.
