MTG Services is seeking experienced, senior level Loan Processors to support one of our mortgage lending clients. These Loan Processors will be responsible for managing residential loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor, regulatory, and internal guidelines. These roles require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process residential mortgage loan files (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, or Non‑QM, depending on client)
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Request, analyze, and verify borrower documentation including income, assets, credit, and property information
- Order third‑party services such as appraisals, title, insurance, VOEs, and payoffs
- Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and internal teams
- Ensure loan files meet investor, agency, and regulatory requirements
- Submit complete loan packages to underwriting and address conditions in a timely manner
- Track loan milestones and maintain accurate file status in the LOS
- Ensure loans close within established turn times and service‑level agreements
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines throughout the loan lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor - IMB or Broker environment (not bank)
- Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products and processing procedures
- Experience processing loans from application through closing
- Proficiency with mortgage LOS platforms (Encompass experience strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of mortgage documentation, disclosures, and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files in a production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
- Experience with Non‑QM or Jumbo products (client‑dependent)
- Prior experience working with independent mortgage banks or credit unions
- Knowledge of TRID, RESPA, ECOA, and other regulatory requirements
- Remote processing experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
