The Inspiration Co. is seeking Entrepreneurial Store Executive Operators who want an executive-level role designed for ambitious leaders. This position offers a powerful combination of stability and uncapped upside that rewards performance, creativity, and hustle.
Position Overview
As a Store Executive Operator, you will run the full operations of your Inspiration Co. store while unlocking multiple high-margin revenue streams. You’ll lead your location as a dynamic showroom that powers both strong retail sales and significant external growth through wholesale, church partnerships, and community outreach.
We provide a competitive base salary plus substantial bonus potential. Top performers in this role are currently adding $2,000 – $10,000+ in monthly bonuses to their income.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences aligned with our faith-based mission.
- Consistently drive sales growth and maximize store performance.
- Manage all store operations: inventory, visual merchandising, customer service, and maintaining an uplifting store environment.
- Expand revenue by using the store as a showroom for:
- Prospecting and closing new wholesale accounts (nail salons, hair salons, yoga studios, boutiques, and more).
- Hosting in-store product showcases and securing reorders.
- Building successful church fundraisers and Kingdom Partnerships.
- Optimize profitability by effectively managing costs and exceeding key benchmarks.
Compensation & Unlimited Upside
- Competitive Base Salary with a full-time commitment (minimum 40 key hours per week focused on results).
- Performance Profit Share: Earn 5% of all profit once your store surpasses its monthly cost benchmark. Example: $10,000 monthly profit = $500 bonus to you.
- Wholesale Commission: 50% of profit on the first order from every new account you open + 10% of profit on all reorders so you .
- Church & School Fundraiser Commissions: Strong ongoing bonuses
- Real, substantial monthly payouts with no cap that build as you grow on what top performers can earn.
